About
This is the Enrique Mogollan blog. I’m writing this because I want to have some memories of what I have read and learn. A few days ago I realized that I want to remember what my feelings and my thoughts are in this part of my life. It is just funny see how from time to time, our opinion changes. I also would like to have some feedback about what I’m posting, so feel free to leave a comment or email me at mogox -at- labuchaka dot es (yes it is a “.es” domain).
About me:
- I was born in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, México, almost 27 years ago.
- I’m a Computer Systems Engineer (Software Engineer), graduated from the ITESM campus Querétaro, México.
- I’m doing a Master degree in Software and Services for the Society Information at the University of Valencia (Spain). I began this master in November 2006 and I’m planning to finish it on June of 2008.
- I have been working as a software developer since 2003. I worked as a Senior Software Developer for Tralix. I also worked as a Freelance Developer for Storecheck.
- While I’m finishing my Master degree I’m working at Quersystem in Spain, a company that is selling great Open Source software: Open-Xchange, Centric CRM and Zimbra.
- I’m a native spanish speaker and as you probably have realized this is my first English blog, so please let me know if there is any mistake, I’m trying to improve my writing skills.
- My favourite programming languages are Java, php, python, perl and c++ (Once I have a thing with c#, but It didn’t work. Too much copyright).
- I’m a Linux user. I have been working with several distributions since 2000. I have been using Ubuntu for a couple of years, but before that, I didn’t have a favourite. I went from Suse to Redhat, and from Redhat to Debian and from Debian to Suse again.
